Urban Luxe 1-2-3 Bedroom Condo

Michelle was amazing as a host she was extremely responsive. She answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them due to the fact that I like to know all the information of where I’m staying before I arrive. She was also very accommodating when it came to needing additional parking. She stayed in communication and answered questions during the duration of my stay. The condo was exactly as she described the views and the ambiance were amazing especially on a rainy night with lightning and thunder. Perfect for a couples trip or a friendly getaway. The pool was amazing as well we got lucky and the pool was typically empty. Residents that live in the building were very friendly and will help you navigate the area and give you recommendations on food and alcoholic beverages nearby. The children of the residents are also very respectful and respect boundaries while in the pool.

Really enjoyed myself during the 4th of July weekend. Mihyun’s place was extremely beautiful and comfortable. Love the pool area and how easy parking / getting around the building was.

We loved our stay here. The space was really nice and we felt so comfortable there. It was quiet, but within walking distance to lots of great restaurants! The host was responsive and very thoughtful. I would love to stay again the next time we're in Evanston.

We had a fantastic stay in the place, we enjoyed the stay, it’s just like a home, cozy/clean and comfortable The host Michelle is very friendly and helpful, she always responds very quickly. If I go back this beautiful and charming town later, I would like to stay here again.

We loved our stay especially the appreciating the air conditioner, the large bedrooms, coffee maker, having separate bathrooms, and the outdoor pool was great. Very friendly building. Great location -- thank you so much!!

We stayed at Michelle's place for a long weekend girls trip. The building was secure, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the shared pool, deck, and lounge spaces. I appreciated the secure parking for our vehicle, this was a great bonus. Michelle was easy to communicate with and always prompt to respond. I would recommend Michelle's place to anyone visiting Chicago & the surrounding area.

3rd or 4th time staying at Mihyun's places. As always, did not disappoint. Great communications and always clean and sufficient for our visits. And super convenient to NU. Parking garage can be a challenge :) but all good

Space was clean and in a charming, walkable city. The view in the living room was beautiful. The neighbors were quiet. The coffee in the condo and in the lounge was surprisingly delightful. Our group of friends had a great time, and this would be a perfect place for a family.

I love this unit and whole building! Great location and security features! Parking garage is a big plus! I am a repeat guest, and I don’t plan on staying anywhere else when I visit my son.

I would highly recommend Michelle's listing! The listing is spacious and perfect for a couple or small family (we had our <1 year old). Michelle is communicative, all the instructions are clear, and the location is convenient.
