Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.3 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet is provided.

I am an Evanston resident displaced to Airbnb during work on our home. 10/10 location close to Northwestern, downtown Evanston, lots of great places to eat of all types / tiers. The unit is gorgeous with awesome views and amenities that make a long or short stay carefree. The furnishings are fantastic - to the point I took photos of the labels of the linens and mattress, lol. The apartment also came well stocked to meet daily needs -- more than I'm accustomed to from other Airbnbs. From someone who lives in the area, I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting!

The apartment itself is lovely with a lot of natural light. The building amenities are also great (pool, gym, work area) Our host provided clear and detailed instructions and responded quickly. One note is that the common areas have surveillance (video and audio)-see sign next to coffee machine. So your data is being collected if you’re in the spaces with no opt out option. Great location-very walkable to downtown Evanston.

We had a fantastic stay in the place, we enjoyed the stay, it’s just like a home, cozy/clean and comfortable The host Michelle is very friendly and helpful, she always responds very quickly. If I go back this beautiful and charming town later, I would like to stay here again.

3rd or 4th time staying at Mihyun's places. As always, did not disappoint. Great communications and always clean and sufficient for our visits. And super convenient to NU. Parking garage can be a challenge :) but all good

We had a great stay in Evanston. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host throughout our stay. We enjoyed her apartment - it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything felt thoughtfully placed with her guests in mind. We walked to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops and felt safe even late in the evening. Our daughter loved the place so much that she asked if we could come back (I said yes!). We highly recommend it!

Michelle was an excellent and attentive host before and throughout our stay. One of the best Airbnb hosts. It was such a comfortable space for our family of 5 with all the amenities that we could have needed/wanted. We were less than 10 mins away from the train stop that took us into the city and a short drive from Northwestern campus. Trader Joe’s ,Whole Foods, and other grocery chain were close by and convenient. There was also a quiet work space and gym available in the building that we used during our stay. We would definitely be back when in town.
