Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. The living room sofa sectional is a 2 bed Euro sytle pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet is provided.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

This oasis of a gem was a perfect choice for me, my son and his best friend as we toured Northwestern and explored Evanston! It was ideal: walkable to campus, shops, restaurants, transportation. Michelle is a terrific host- the place was spotless, clean and well maintained- and I would not only recommend this beautiful condo but definitely stay here again!

This is a terrific apartment for short or long term stays. We chose it for its proximity to places we were visiting. The apartment was just as the pictures show, clean, well equipped, comfortable. Michelle quickly responded to questions with helpful information. We would be happy to stay here again.
