Michelle was amazing as a host she was extremely responsive. She answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them due to the fact that I like to know all the information of where I’m staying before I arrive. She was also very accommodating when it came to needing additional parking. She stayed in communication and answered questions during the duration of my stay. The condo was exactly as she described the views and the ambiance were amazing especially on a rainy night with lightning and thunder. Perfect for a couples trip or a friendly getaway. The pool was amazing as well we got lucky and the pool was typically empty. Residents that live in the building were very friendly and will help you navigate the area and give you recommendations on food and alcoholic beverages nearby. The children of the residents are also very respectful and respect boundaries while in the pool.

This is our go to place when visiting Evanston. It’s close to downtown and great coffee shops and restaurants. The place is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent view. Will keep coming back.

This is my second time staying at the “Hope” of Evanston. It is a lovely apartment with wonderful views. Everything is in walking distance. We love it there so much, we have another weekend getaway planned there in the near future. Michelle is such a wonderful host! Loved our stay!!!

Lovely apartment. Sunny, elegant with everything you need. We try to stay here whenever we’re in Evanston. Mihyun is always responsive and makes sure we enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to be back!
